  • Client/Invoice Data: Data you upload or create within the platform. We process it solely to deliver invoices and reports.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Processing payments, generating invoices, and managing subscriptions.
  • Sending transactional emails, security alerts, and product updates (opt-out available).
  • Improving platform performance, detecting fraud, and complying with legal obligations.

We never sell, rent, or share your business data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Security & Retention

Security is foundational to our architecture:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • We perform regular third-party penetration tests and SOC 2 Type II audits.
  • Inactive accounts are securely deleted after 36 months of inactivity, per our retention policy. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted providers to enable core functionality:

  • Stripe/PayPal: Payment processing. They operate under strict PCI-DSS compliance.
  • SendGrid: Transactional email delivery.
  • AWS: Cloud hosting and encrypted backups.

Each partner adheres to GDPR/CCPA standards. We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all processors.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or export your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
